Capgemini started the transition from Oracle in August 2008 and took over the sole responsibility in January 2009. The application transition and knowledge transfer were  conducted with the comprehensive use of Indian re-engineering  experiences managed by Capgemini Croatia. The Indian colleagues moved on-site to Croatia for 6 month  to leverage knowledge transfer,  intercultural collaboration and IT process implementation. After a very positive client  feedback for the hand-over, the  Indian resources relocated off- shore to leverage cost efficiencies  without lowering the quality  standards
